Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Products will be shipped to order, usually shipped within 48 hours, sometimes sooner, sometimes later.  All shipping is standard, no express shipping is offered. We will have your item shipped as fast as possible once the order is received. 

Delays may occur depending on shipping method, distance, international, weekends, and so forth. To put it all into one sentence, "We will try and get your product to you as soon as we possibly can. Delays can happen, but we will try our best to avoid them."

Returns:

At Orchid Eight, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

  1.  How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    1. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@orchideight.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    2. After 5 days, refunds are not available, but exchanges may still be processed as long as the return criteria are met.

  2. Return/Exchange Criteria
    1. Items must be unused and unworn in order to qualify for a return or exchange.
    2. Items must match the condition described in the initial return/exchange email.

  3. Shipping Costs
    1. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
    2. If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Method
    1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it for the same product. If stock is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

  6. Limited Stock Items
    1. For limited stock items, we keep a small extra inventory for exchanges. However, if we run out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

IMPORTANT:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.
